Inspired by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's 'Breaking the Rules for Better Care' campaign, the Bevan Commission and Llais took action to improve healthcare in Wales. Their work has identified ten key themes, with Operations and Service Delivery taking the lead at 48%. Other notable areas include Clinical Services, Communications, and Digital and Information.
