Larguet scouted more than 15,000 children, selecting just 37. It was a tough but purposeful process, and within two years, the academy's impact was evident.
"By the second year, our players were representing Morocco at the under-17, under-20, and Olympic levels," Larguet says.

"A career ends at 30 or 35. We must prepare our players for what comes after."
